Kansas City's own Irv Da Phenom is making some noise in the music industry. Touring and being featured with Strange Music artists has created a buzz for Irv Da Phenom. Songs like "Hunterish" and "Need More Angels" from Tech N9ne's albums, show his versatility as an artist. Partnered with Def Metal Gospel, Irv has released a plethora of mixtapes. His latest Dream Big Hustle Hard, has gained the attention of many hip hop sites and led to rumors of Irv possibly signing with Strange Music. His biggest song off of DBHH, "Red and Yellow" is an anthem for the Kansas City Chiefs. "Toyota Mode" tells us that Irv is not slowing down anytime soon.
I am interested to see the progression of Irv Da Phenom and hope Strange Music brings him in the family. Irv would bring a different taste to Strange Music and possibly be a big artist for them.
